Trenton-NJOne person was killed in a fatal truck accident near the Route 73 overpass in Cherry Hill closed Interstate 295 in both directions on Sunday night. A box truck and a second vehicle crashed on the northbound side around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday causing the truck to catch fire. The closure caused a multi-mile backup in both directions of I-295. Additional details will be posted as they become available.

Trenton-NJIt was about 7:00am when an the driver of an SUV containing three men was driving in the left lane of the southbound New Jersey Turnpike when he veered across all lanes of traffic and departed the roadway , driving down an embankment until the car eventually hit another street. The three men were all pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver has been identified as Segundo Romero, 45, of North Jersey. Check back for udpates as investigation continues.
