The victim, Allen Bradley Baughan, 28, was killed when his 2007 Ford left Alabama 79, hit an embankment and overturned, Alabama state troopers reported. The wreck occurred at 8:45 p.m. four miles south of Locust Fork.
State troopers are investigating the cause of the wreck.
A single-vehicle crash in Blount County killed a Trafford woman. Alabama State Troopers identified the woman as Lea C. Ponce, 27.
Authorities said Ponce was driving her 2002 Honda on Alabama 79 when her car left the roadway, struck a curb and overturned. The accident happened two miles south of Locust Fork.
Troopers said Ponce was not wearing her seatbelt, and was thrown from the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Warrior woman died Tuesday in a single-vehicle crash, according to Alabama State Troopers.
Kathryn Berger, 39, was driving along Blount County Road 8 when the vehicle she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree about six miles west of Hayden.
The crash occurred about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Troopers continue to investigate the crash.
A Blountsville man has died after a late Monday night wreck south of Snead, according to Alabama State Troopers.
Timothy Eric Sterling, 50, died Tuesday at a hospital after the 2004 Nissan pickup he was driving left the road, hit a tree and turned over around 11:30 p.m. Monday on Alabama 75, according to the Troopers.
The wreck happened about five miles south of Snead.
Sterling was not wearing a seat belt, according to the troopers, and the cause of the crash is being investigated.
