Ft. Wayne, INAt about 7:00am, a car driven by Stephan Ferenczy, 43, slid on ice that was on County Road 11A and rolled two times, ejecting Gert Ferenczy, who was not wearing a seat belt, and leaving him with critical injuries. Stephen and another passenger, Margit Ferenczy, were both wearing their seat belts and were uninjured in the crash.

Ft. Wayne, INPolice said Hatch was not wearing a seat belt. Police said the car, driven by Noe Munoz-Rubio, 23, of Orland was traveling east on Indiana 4 when it left the south side of the road, rolled over and struck a tree before coming to rest on its top. Munoz-Rubio, who was wearing his seat belt, was trapped and had to be extricated from the car by Ashley firefighters, police said. He was flown to Parkview Regional Meidcann Center in Fort Wayne with head, neck and facial injuries. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash.
