Police say Stephan and his back seat passenger, Margit Ferenczy, 79, of Halifax Nova Scotia, were both wearing their seatbelts and were not injured in the accident.

At about 7:00am, a car driven by Stephan Ferenczy, 43, slid on ice that was on County Road 11A and rolled two times, ejecting Gert Ferenczy, who was not wearing a seat belt, and leaving him with critical injuries. Stephen and another passenger, Margit Ferenczy, were both wearing their seat belts and were uninjured in the crash.
