A car crashed into a garage Monday night following a police chase in Mahtomedi, Minnesota. The incident occured at the 2200 block of Southwood Drive around 2:00 a.m. when the suspect fled from police during a traffic stop. The crash caused damage to the home, garage, and a vehicle and motorcycle inside. The people inside the home were not injured. The two suspect in the vehicle were taken to Washington County Jail.

A single-vehicle rollover took place on Willow River Road about 15 miles Southwest of Orr at 2:00 p.m. Sunday. Leona Ruth Connor, 32, was driving a Chrysler Concorde westbound when she lost control on a corner and rolled into the north side ditch. Connor was transported to Essentia Health Virginia Hospital with non–life threatening injuries. Her passenger, Derrick Laroque, 34, was taken to Cook Hospital, and later airlifted to a Duluth hospital with serious injuries. Alcohol was a factor, and the crash remains under investigation.

A two-vehicle crash left a driver dead and two people in the other vehicle badly injured. The Chisago County car accident happened shortly before noon Saturday at the intersection of Lincoln and Kost trails in Lent Township. Dead at the scene was a 66-year-old man who was driving one of the cars. Sent to Regions Hospital in St. Paul with serious injuries were a 44-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman.

One person was taken to Unity Hospital with minor injuries following a collision between a van and a semi truck, causing the van, and eventually the semi truck, to catch fire. The accident occured just after midnight on Thursday, October 23 when the driver of the van ran a red light at the intersection of 73th Avenue Northwest and University Avenue Northeast. The driver of the semi was not hurt.

Vanessa Uzong, 24, of Brooklyn Park, is in custody on felony assault charges after hitting 26-year-old Miera Horton with a car Saturday morning. The accident occured around 1 a.m. on the 500 block of Hennepin Avenue. Witnesses report Uzong veered her car toward Horton as she tried to get out of the way. Uzong’s car hit Horton, and Horton was dragged. Horton has been hospitalized in serious condition and Uzong has been charged with first-degree assault and jailed.

Three people were injured in a multi-car crash at 9:34 p.m. Friday in Cottage Grove. The accident involved a limousine and two others cars. The three people who were injured were all passengers in the limousine. 23-year-old Hanna Linderholm of New Prague sustained a serious injury from the collision. The two others had non-life threatening injuries. They are identified as Jamie Marshall, 26, of Chanhassen and 31-year-old Jeremy Franklund of Northfield. One passenger's condition is not documented. There were 10 passengers in the limousine at the time of the collision.

A couple from Saint Peter, Allen Cole, 76, and Marilyn Cole, 75, died Thursday afternoon on October 16 following a car accident. The couple made a left turn off of northbound Highway 169 when they collided with an oncoming vehice driven by Helinda Lee, 24, of Mankato. Lee sustained injuries not considered to be life-threatening.

Three teenagers, ages 14, 15, and 16, suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning following a rollover accident near Aurora, Minnesota. The incident occured around 1:00 a.m. when the car, traveling at a high speed, went around a corner at the 4800 block of East Bodas Road in White Township, and rolled into the ditch. Charges are expected to be pressed on the driver, who was driving without a license. No alcohol was involved.

Gunnar Miller, 19, of Eagan, died Tuesday night following a skateboard crash in St. Paul, Minnesota. The accident occured around 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 14 at Carroll and Prior avenue when Miller asked a driver at a stop sign if he could hold their car mirror to go "skitching", a slang term for holding on to a car while skate boarding down the road. Miller travelled a short distance when he fell and hit his head on the pavement. Miller was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Miller was taken to Regions Hospital with a severe head injury, where he later died.
