 Benjamin Thomas Giffen, 24, of Helena, was killed in a single car accident on Valleydale Road in Hoover, AL when his Ford left the road and rolled.  He was thrown from the car.

A stolen SUV ran off the road and crashed on Hobbs Island Road near Ditto Landing Parkway in Huntsville. The driver was ejected from the car and transported to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.

Jared Michael Daniels, 29, died Monday night after being ejected from his pickup truck. The accident occured on October 20 around 9:25 p.m. just outside of Grove Hill, Alabama. Police found Daniels near the 80-mile marker on U.S. Highway 43, where he was taken to Grove Hill Memorial and pronounced dead. Police believe Daniels went off the roadway and flipped. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

The single-vehicle accident happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday on Boswell Road west of Phenix City. Jerry Wayne Baker II and Dakota James Lancour, both of Seale, died when the 1997 Chevrolet Camaro they were passengers in departed the roadway and they were ejected. Neither was wearing a seatbelt. The driver, Mathew Nevels, 20, suffered unknown injuries.

 Cory Matthew Nevels, 20, injured after losing control and flipping his car on Boswell Road in Russell County, Alabama.  His two passengers Jerry Wayne Baker II, 25, and Dakota James Lancour, 18, were not wearing seat belts and died from injuries sustained from being ejected during the rollover. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.

Five children and two adults were taken to the hospital Wednesday morning following a car crash in Adamsville, Alabama. The incident occured around 8:00 a.m. on October 15 at the 2200 block of Minor Parkway, near Minor High School, when the vehicle went off the road, was overcorrected, and flipped. The occupants of the car were ejected. The identity and conditions of the victims has not been released.

Authorities say that the Millry driver was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle, and pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle, which appeared to run Whiteside's vehicle off the road didn't stop. It's not clear if this was intentional. Whiteside was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The incident remains under investigation.

The driver of a vehicle thrown from an interstate overpass in Opelika Friday morning has died, Opelika police confirm. Benjamin Rice, 32, of Lanett, was not wearing his seatbelt as he drove to his job at Auburn University, information from Opelika police and the county coroner suggests. Around 7:50a ct, Rice was driving southbound on Interstate 85 when his 2004 Ford F-150 flipped near the highway's overpass with South Long Street. The vehicle came to rest on the bridge's guardrail.
