Sunday, June 7, 2015Richardson Tanis and Louiguens Raymond were riding in a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder convertible when a Mercedes-Benz C300 sedan collided with the rear of their vehicle. The Mercedes had been traveling at high speed in the same direction. Both Tanis and Raymond were pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver of the Mercedes, Zakaria M'Sahal, 21, was trapped in the wreckage of the car and had to be freed by emeregency responders. M'Sahal was taken to Broward Health North in Deerfield Beach for treatment.

Ft. Myers-Naples, FLA fatal crash occurred in Fort Myers Friday night around 7 p.m. on Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers. A scooter driven by Marc Jacques, 32, was traveling east on Palm Beach Boulevard when he was rear-ended by a Lexus SUV driven by Caleb Black, 18. The Lexus dragged the scooter and rider more than 200 feet. Jacques was transported to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. Witnesses say the Lexus speeding and that Black may have been using his cell phone during the collision.
