Milo Fultz was driving on Minnesota Highway 92 when a car going east on Clearwater County Road 27 ran a stop sign and struck his car. Fultz died in the accident. The driver of the other car, Sally Littlefield, 65, was seriously injured in the crash. Two children in her car suffered non-life threatening injuries. At around midnight on Highway 96 a man was killed after his car crashed into a tree. There were no witnesses, and when officers and medical workers arrived the man was already dead. He has not yet been identified. Check back for updates.

Clarence H. Pistorius was riding a four-wheeler in eastern South Dakota at about 8 p.m. on a rural street when his tires lost traction on the shoulder of the road and rolled. The 700-pound machine pinned him underneath, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the vehicle was speeding at the time of the accident and that Pistorius was not wearing a helmet.

Sometime in the morning, Waller was driving on Highway 2 with passenger Mae Line when he apparently suffered a medical emergency, speculated to be a heart attack, and crashed his vehicle into some trees. It was then that three people, identified as off–duty firefighter Robert Zobel, citizen Lacey Silgjord, and a retired Fredenberg firefighter named Mark Toms, discovered the wreck and found that Waller had no pulse.

A 78-year-old man reportedly suffered severe symptoms from a medical condition while driving on U.S. 52 in Rochester on Monday, causing him to crash into a median wall. Duwane Kramer, of Rochester, was northbound when he "suffered a medical condition" and veered off the highway near Civic Center Drive Northwest, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report. Kramer died at the scene. The crash was reported at 5:45 p.m. Rochester firefighters and police, Olmsted County sheriff's deputies and a Gold Cross Ambulance crew responded to the crash.

Two cars crashed head-on in northwestern Minnesota, leaving both drivers dead, authorities said. The collision in Norman County occurred shortly after 2:10 p.m. Thursday on Hwy. 32 north of Gary, according to the State Patrol. Killed were James E. Bateson, 66, of Gary, and Doris J. Hanson, 76, of Brooks, Minn. The crash happened when a southbound car driven by Hanson swerved into the northbound lane and struck Bateson’s car, the patrol added. The two-lane highway’s surface was dry at the time, the patrol said.
