Two teens were killed in a collision Wednesday night following a high-speed police chase in a stolen truck. Two male suspects, a now identified as Darek Chapman, 17, and Kenya Hogan, 19, had just carjacked Jorge Delafuente, 46, at gunpoint on Beechnut Street near South Kirkwood Road. Around 10:50 p.m., a Houston police officer observed the truck without it's headlights on. When the officer tried to pull over the truck, Chapman, the driver, sped off and led police on a chase.
