On Saturday at about 6:30 p.m., a 2001 Chevrolet Prizm driven by 32-year-old Curtis Leon Dallas of Williston was southbound on U.S. 27 when it collided with a 2003 Chevrolet TrailBlazer driven by 58-year-old Deborah Hammonds Bouchard, also of Williston. Dallas’ Chevrolet rolled several times and struck a fence before coming to rest in a cow pasture, according to a release from the Florida Highway Patrol. Dallas was pronounced dead at the scene.

Douglas R. Foster was traveling north on State Road 24 on a motorcycle when he lost control of the vehicle and it fell on its left side. Foster and his passenger, Linda Ramsden, were thrown from the vehicle. They were both taken to UF Health Shands Hospital. Foster was pronounced dead, and Ramsden was listed in critical condition.

Three people including an infant died Saturday when two vehicles collided at an intersection in Levy County at 11:40 a.m. on U.S. 41 and State Road 121. Deceased are Aida V. Archilla, 63, of Dunnellon, and Thelma Lou Estes, 86, of Freedom, Ind., from one of the vehicles. Killed in the second vehicle is Mckinzi Lissmore, age 8 months, from Williston.  Archilla was driving north on U.S. 41 while Rico Lissimore, 22, of Williston, was driving east on SR 121. Both vehicles entered the controlled intersection at the same time and collided.

A 21-year-old woman died Wednesday night after her vehicle exited the road and struck a tree along State Road 24 in Levy County. Olivia Shanice Ricketts of Lake Park was traveling south at 11:15 p.m. when she lost control of her 2006 Nissan Sentra and struck a tree near Wekiva Road. It is not known what caused the driver to lose control.

James T. Lowman was walking in the road as a vehicle was traveling southbound on CR 337, striking Lowman and throwing him onto the shoulder. Lowman died at the scene.

Carlos Ayello Zamora was headed east on County Road 335 when he lost control on a curve, left the road, and was thrown from the 2000 BMW motorcycle. He was taken to UF Health Shands Hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
