Sunday, September 14, 2014Florida Highway Patrol says Kenneth Yarborough was killed on the exit ramp to Palm Coast Parkway while exiting Interstate 95. The passenger of the car, Omayra Jarrett, was taken to Halifax medical center with serious injuries. An alcohol test on the deceased driver is pending.

Jacksonville, FLAll three occupants of the car were from Jacksonville. Woodson was a passenger in a car driven by Laura Marie Hutsell. Hutsell sustained minor injuries, but a second passenger, Ernest McNeil, was taken in serious condition to UF Health Jacksonville, according to the highway patrol.
