Troopers said 38-year-old Leslie Brenning of Jacksonville was westbound in the eastbound inside lane of I-10 around 2 a.m. Saturday. The crash report released by the Florida Highway Patrol says Talia Lampley of Tallahassee was eastbound on I-10; the cars collided head-on.
A driver was hospitalized after a wrong-way crash on I-10, according to Florida Highway Patrol troopers. Troopers say 38-year-old Leslie Brenning of Jacksonville was westbound in the eastbound inside lane of I-10 around 2 a.m. Saturday. The crash report released by the Florida Highway Patrol says Talia Lampley of Tallahassee was eastbound on I-10; the cars collided head-on. Brenning was taken to Shands Gainesville in critical condition. Two passengers in Lampley's vehicle were taken to Shands Lake Shore with minor injuries. Troopers say Brenning's vehicle was reported to be travelling the wrong way on I-10, 10 minutes prior to the crash. Troopers were trying to locate that vehicle before the crash happened.
