A car sideswiped a police car in Center City this morning sending one person to the hospital. According to Philadelphia Police, a Nissan Altima crashed into the parked police cruiser at 17th and Ludlow Street -- Ludlow is between Market and Chestnut Streets around 8:15 a.m.
