27th St. viaduct

Members of the Milwaukee Fire Department Dive Rescue Team used arms and elbows to chop their way through the ice-covered Menomonee River on Wednesday, pulling a woman from a submerged vehicle that went off the 27th St. viaduct, a fire official said.
