38th Street and Cold Spring Road

At around 11:15 p.m. on 38th Street and Cold Spring Road, a van crossed the median, took out a guardrail, and flipped, causing the driver to suffer serious injuries. Investigators believe the van was speeding. The driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
