38th Street and Rhode Island Avenue

Police are investigating a single-car crash in Brentwood that left a Northwest Washington man dead. The crash happened Wednesday night around 11 p.m. at the intersection of 38th Street and Rhode Island Avenue. James Kevin Green, 54, was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
