Avenue of the Cities at the 53rd Street intersection

Brenda Gordon was crossing Avenue of the Cities at the 53rd Street intersection when she was struck by a Chrysler van driven by 46-year-old Octavio Pizano. She was transported to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead. Pizano was arrested for driving under the influence.
