ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. - Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed two people Sunday around 7 p.m. Troopers said a woman was driving a beige Toyota through an intersection on Balboa Drive when a black Volkswagen SUV ran a red light, striking the Toyota.
