Colby Avenue

On Friday, March 20 in Everett, a 74-year-old driver was stopped at a crosswalk in the 2400 block of Colby Avenue at around 7:50 p.m. to let pedestrians cross. As he began to drive again, a 5-year-old boy exited a parked car and ran across the street in front of him, where he was struck.
