Thu, 05/22/2014An investigation into a fatal wreck is underway after troopers said a pickup struck a pedestrian who was lying in the road.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the wreck happened around 2:00 p.m. Friday on Docheno Road, about two miles outside Belton.
