Eddy County Road

One Arizona man is dead after a rollover accident near Loving, New Mexico. Daniel Rosenburg, 60, was driving his commericial vehicle at 12:30 AM Saturday south of Loving when he was negotiating a curve on an Eddy County road. The vehicle went off the right shoulder and rolled over.
