Joseph A. Franks, 16, Thomas P. Smith, 48, killed, Kathleen Woods, 48, injured, taken to hospital, after a car, driven by a student driver, and a minivan collide at the intersection of Heller and Neapolis-Waterville Roads in Waterville.
