Highway 305

According to police, and car driven by Katie Howard left Highway 305 and struck a tree in Tate County around 6p.m. Sunday. The car started on fire after striking the tree. A juvenile passenger was rescued by emergecy personnel, but they were unable to reach Howard in time to save her.
