Sun, 04/26/2015It was about 3:10 p.m. when 37-year-old Shawn F. Constantini was driving an ATV in the gravel driveway of a residence on Horan Road, and he crashed into a utility pole. A 6-year-old child that was not wearing a helmet was sitting in front of him on the ATV and sustained severe injuries.
