Mon, 01/12/2015Hope Ellen Frances Cain of Silver Lake died Monday evening when her vehicle was hit by a northbound Amtrak train at around 5 p.m. at the Horseshoe Bend Estates near Pleasant Hill Road crossing about four miles north of Kelso, Washington.
