I-80 onramp near Riverside Avenue

At about 5:35pm, a man was attempting to cross the Riverside Avenue to I-80, but walked directly into the path of a car driven by Mark Coleman, 61, and was struck by his vehicle. The man was critically injured, and was pronounced dead en route to the hospital.
