Loop 1604 and Braun Road

Shawn Smith Verdin, 20, was killed while street racing on Loop 1604 and Braun Road in San Antonio, Texas. Police say the victim and another driver were racing in the southbound lanes of Loop 1604 at around 2 a.m.
