Tue, 05/19/2015Edgard Santos Gonzales, 25, of Houma died in a single-vehicle crash in Jefferson Parish after his vehicle rolled into a drainage ditch on Louisiana 3134. On May 18 the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the SUV and found submerged in the water.
