McQueen and Elliot

Gilbert law enforcement officers are investigating a collision that killed Dakota Fernandez, 22, and Justin Tharp, 34, at McQueen and Elliot roads early Wednesday morning. It appeared one of the vehicles ran a red light at a high rate of speed before the collision.
