Michigan Avenue and Washington Street

Anne Brandt was injured after being dragged by a taxi cab in April while the cab driver talked on his cellphone, and she has filed a lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court. The incident occurred after the taxi dropped her off April 23 near Michigan Avenue and Washington Street.
