Ocean Heights Avenue

It was about 1:25 a.m. when Brandon Seelig, 21, was driving east on Ocean Heights Avenue and veered off of the roadway where he struck a tree. The collision caused his car to overturn, and Seelig was pronounced dead at the scene.
