Oregon Avenue and 9th Street

A female pedestrian was critically injured after she was hit by a hit-and-run driver in Philadelphia. The female pedestrian was crossing Oregon Avenue at 9th Street in South Philadelphia Saturday night when she was struck by a car which fled the scene.
