Piedmont Road and Rockport Avenue

Divina Delacruz Valdez was riding in a car with two other people at Piedmont Road and Rockport Avenue. The car was struck in traffic when it was rear-ended by another vehicle. Valdez was seriously injured and taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
