Possum Run Road

A fatal crash in Richland County Thursday night killed Rhonda Parman, 51. She was driving eastbound on Possum Run Road when she drove left of the centerline at the top of a hill and collided with a pick-up truck driven by 21-year-old Kyle Tingley.
