Route 218

45-year-old Richard Altman faces drunk driving charges after his vehicle was involved in a rollover crash on Route 218, ejecting Altman and one of his sons. 9-year-old Briar James Altman died from his injuries. Richard Altman was flown from the scene to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
