A Virginia Beach man was injured in a collision that killed one person in Prince George County early Sunday morning. Jesse Tomlin, 25, of Virginia Beach, was driving a vehicle that exited the road, collided with a culvert, and overturned at approximately 2 a.m. on Ruffin Road in Prince George.
