Shell Avenue and Pine Street

At around 1:05 p.m. a large truck carrying gravel tipped over, landing on an occupied car. Lindsey Combs, the 32-year-old-woman inside the car died at the scene, and authorities are not sure if there were other occupants. The cause of the accident is under investigation. ​
