Smoke Ranch Road and Torrey Pines Drive

A young bicyclist was sent to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle at approximately 7:30 Tuesday morning near Brinley Middle School at the intersection of Smoke Ranch Road and Torrey Pines Drive. The bicyclist is believed to be a student at the middle school.
