Tue, 04/28/2015Metropolitan Police responded to a report of a pedestrian struck in the 1300 block of Southern Avenue around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday night. At the scene they found a woman had been struck by a vehicle, which had fled the scene. The woman was brought to a hospital, where she later died.
