U.S. 78 near Wisteria St.

The driver of a motorcycle died after the cycle struck the back of a stopped vehicle on U.S. 78, according to Charleston County. Theodore Terrill, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation, but high speeds appear to be a factor.
