Mon, 10/06/2014The accident happened at approximately 8:47 a.m. on the Wando River near the mouth of Horlbeck Creek near Mount Pleasant. The coast guard responded, and the accident is under investigation. One man was resuced, and the second, a dock worker, is presumed drowned.
