West Randall Street and Eastmanville Street

Benjamin Nobert, 36, was driving south on Eastmanville Street when he stopped at the intersection with West Randal Street and then entered the intersection when drove into the path of a second vehicle. Nobert was seriously injured and his passenger, Maddi Nobert, 9, suffered minor injuries.
