Centreville teen killed in Perry County crash

A teen from Centreville was killed Friday when the vehicle he was riding in left the road, hit a fence and overturned in Perry County, according to Alabama State Troopers. Dylan Cole Gardner, 17, died when the 2008 Chevrolet Colorado he was a passenger in wrecked on Alabama 14 about 10 miles east of Sprott, according to Trooper Reginal King. The wreck happened around 4:50 a.m. Gardner was pronounced dead at the scene. The wreck is still under investigation.

Bibb Co. teen killed in crash

State troopers say they are continuing to investigate the crash. Troopers say Dylan Cole Gardner, a 17-year-old from Centreville, was riding in a 2008 Chevrolet Colorado that crashed in Perry County. The vehicle left the road, hit a fence and turned over. It happened on Alabama 14 about 10 miles east of Sprott around 4:50 a.m. Gardner was pronounced dead on the scene.
