Man charged with DUI, assault in Knik-Goose Bay Road collision

Alaska State Troopers say a Wasilla teenager was seriously injured on Knik-Goose Bay Road Tuesday night, when his pickup truck was struck by a drunk driver who is now facing assault charges.
A Wasilla teenager was seriously injured after a collision with a drunk driver on Knik-Goose Bay Road . The driver, Simon Reutov, 55, swerved into the teen's lane, striking and serously injuring him. The teen is expected to survive. Reutov was later arrested. Both vehicles were totalled in the collision.
