Two cars were totaled in a collision Saturday night on the traffic safety corridor on the Parks Highway in Wasilla, Alaska State Troopers wrote in a dispatch Sunday.

A collision occured at the intersection of Parks Highway and Vine Road when Kelsey Brewer, 26, allegedly failed to stop for a red light and struck a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Kjera N. Maitland. Both cars sustained so much damage they had to be towed from the scene. Neither person was injured. Both were wearing their seat belts.
