LOS ANGELES (AP) Los Angeles authorities say one person was killed and two were injured in a high-speed crash involving multiple vehicles in the Fairfax district. KABC-TV reports Beverly Boulevard near La Brea Avenue will be shut down for some time following the collision early Wednesday. It wasn't immediately clear how many vehicles were involved and whether the victims were in the cars.
