Mother, Daughter Walking Dog Struck and Killed by Driver of Minivan in West Hills
The daughter was pronounced dead at the scene. The mother was transported to a hospital in grave condition where she later died, according to police.
The dog, a black Labrador, was also killed by the minivan.
