Around 9 a.m. Monday, a California Highway Patrol officer from Stockton was riding a motorcycle when it was involved in a crash with another vehicle in the area of Highway 26 and Murray Road west of Linden. The officer sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
