Just before 11:30 p.m., the 25-year-old Spring Valley woman was traveling west on SR-54 and drove onto the connector ramp to southbound Interstate 805 when she went into a construction zone. She knocked over a barrel and slammed through a K-rail and a bridge wall that was under construction.
