At least one person was killed Monday morning in a head-on crash involving two sedans in Ramona. The crash was reported at 3:41 a.m. on Main Street (state Route 67) just south of Boortz Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One killed in Ramona head-on collision
A 23-year-old man from Ramona died at the scene, said CHP Sgt. Brian Pennings. The other driver was a 20-year-old woman from Ramona, who was taken by ambulance to Palomar Hospital in Escondido. Her condition was unavailable.
